30th September 10.30 - 12.00
Understand the changes. Know your options. Stay strong
Are you navigating perimenopause or menopause and want to understand more about what’s happening to your body — and what you can do to support your health and wellbeing?
Join us for a small, friendly, in-person workshop with two experienced professionals who will share evidence-based information, practical advice and the opportunity to ask your questions.

Charlotte has completed the British Menopause Society (BMS) Management of the Menopause Certificate, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based, individualised menopause care.
Charlotte will talk about:
๐ธ What is perimenopause and menopause?
๐ธ What happens to the body?
๐ธ HRT and other treatment options

Following her own experience of the benefits of Pilates, Lizelle trained with Body Control and gained certification through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in 2005. She has continued to develop her expertise in movement, fascia release and muscle energy techniques.
